clothing donations

Fall Cleaning Fundraiser Event in collaboration with Phill the Box from now until November 10th, 2024 at Lord of Life.

This season, as you tidy up your closets and prepare for cooler weather, we invite you to join us in making a difference. Your unwanted textiles can help us fight hunger!

Here’s how it works:
  • Gather Your Textiles: As you clean out your closet, set aside any clothing, shoes, or textiles you no longer need.
  • Drop Them Off: Bring your items to the church, and we will take everything to the Houston warehouse.
  • Make an Impact: Every pound of textiles collected will be upcycled and converted into a cash donation to support Rise Against Hunger’s mission. Plus, it’s a win-win for the environment!
Please see this list about what you should and should not include. Main point is it has to be CLEAN – not necessarily usable condition but not dirty.
